Pompeii and Vesuvius

Pick up from your hotel or villa, after a 45 minutes driving you will reach Pompeii. Once in the ruins if you will close your eyes you could even imagine the terrified people running away from the eruption of Vesuvius just a few kilometres away from the site. In Pompeii you may spend a couple of hours to explore and to see the highlights like the Forum, which is the main square of the ancient city, houses, markets, shops, bakeries and fast food but also some of the very moving plaster casts of human beings.

After 2 hours tour in Pompeii the driver will take you to the Mount Vesuvius, the famous volcano.

Once arrived at about 3,000 feet you will have 1 and half hour on your own to climb to the crater which is reacheable only on foot trough a narrow and steep path zigzagging up for approximately 1,000 feet.
