Cancellation Policy

For cancellations carried out within four days before the date of the tour, you will be refunded the money you payed to book the service.

For cancellations carried out from the 4th day before the date of the tour, TaxiCab Sorrento won't refund the down payment.

If cancellations are carried out by TaxiCab Sorrento due to force majeure, like adverse weather conditions which do impede the execution of the tour, TaxiCab Sorrento will commit to refunding the entire down payment.
